Caitlin Sickles works with major corporations, industry associations and nonprofit organizations to advance their advocacy priorities and achieve their business objectives by enhancing the ways in which they communicate with their target audiences. Her focus includes branding and positioning, message development and delivery, media relations, speechwriting, spokesperson training and reputation management and crisis communications.
Caitlin also leads the Policy Resolution Group’s digital communications program, designing and implementing comprehensive, multi-platform campaigns.
Caitlin is a co-host of the PRG’s Lobby Shop podcast. She also regularly appears on Madam Policy, hosted by PRG Co-head Dee Martin.
Caitlin serves as vice president of the board of Calvary Women’s Services, a DC provider of transitional and permanent housing as well as health, education and employment programs that empower women experiencing homeless to transform their lives. Caitlin is also on the leadership team of the award-winning women’s networking program, Minute Mentoring®. She recently served on the board of Women in Manufacturing, an industry association dedicated to advancing women in traditionally male-dominated careers.
