Molly Morrissey is a strategic communications professional with extensive experience designing and executing high-profile communications strategies for major public and private sector initiatives, with a particular focus on maximizing visibility and managing complex stakeholder engagement. She is highly skilled in corporate and crisis communications and public affairs, including message development, media relations. social media and coalition building.
Prior to joining PRG, Molly designed and implemented communications strategies at the U.S. Department of Energy for the Loan Programs Office and the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy. She also previously served as a communications advisor to two U.S. Senators, including in the role of press secretary, and worked on several political campaigns.

Interesting Career Note: Molly’s first jobs out of college were working on a Senate campaign and supporting political event planning and fundraising. In these roles, Molly helped coordinate events and staffed surrogates ranging from former U.S. Presidents, to the actor Jon Hamm and Krist Novoselic.
Fast Fact: Molly was active in 4-H and enjoyed showing goats so much so that she ran to serve as the youth representative for the Wisconsin Dairy Goat Association. She also became a licensed tractor driver in her teens, though it took her numerous times to successfully back up the tractor with the manure spreader attachment.
