Kimberly Pinter draws on more than three decades of experience in tax, budget, economic policy, and government relations to help clients navigate the legislative and regulatory landscape. She advises corporations, financial institutions, and government entities across the energy, trade, and finance sectors — offering strategic insight and tailored solutions to support their objectives.
Prior to joining PRG, Kimberly served as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Legislative Affairs (Tax & Budget) at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. On Capitol Hill, she was legislative counsel on tax and economic policy for a U.S. Senator, and served as tax counsel to leadership on both the House Small Business Committee and the Senate Finance Committee, covering issues including tax, budget, corporate finance, pensions, banking, and insurance. Her private-sector experience includes serving as tax and international trade director at a major multinational, where she managed federal tax legislative strategy and trade issues across multiple global regions. Kimberly began her career in corporate finance and tax with a national manufacturing association, specializing in international tax policy and corporate governance.
