PRG’s Christine Wyman Co-Authors Analysis of Proposed Revisions to NEPA Regulations

PRG Senior Principal Christine Wyman co-authored a blog post for Bracewell’s Energy Legal Blog with Kevin Ewing, Ann Navaro and  Kevin Voelkel of Bracewell.  The post, titled “Trump Administration Proposes Unprecedented and Comprehensive Revisions to NEPA Regulations,” explores the January 10 publication of the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ)'s Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) that would revise the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)’s implementing regulations.
