With House Approval, Eyes Turn to Implementation
After a threatened delay, the House passed the CARES Act by a voice vote today. Now, efforts turn to implementation of this Phase Three relief and to the drafting of Phase Four legislation. As we’ve noted, PRG is poised to assist clients on implementation matters. This update includes a variety of new analytical materials about the COVID-19 legislation and some information about the Bracewell task force.
