Today looks to be make or break for the current iterations of a Phase Three deal. While all signs indicate that the Senate will move swiftly and the House follow suit, at the time of this update, a few points remain under negotiation and the text of any legislation needs to be finalized. As we wait for a deal, we are also watching to see how the federal agencies – and the lending networks they are leaning on to make this new regime work – will proceed.
