FY2022 Budget Reconciliation & Infrastructure 

Negotiations on the reconciliation package made little headway this past week, although informal discussions on a pared down package continued. We do not expect significant action in the coming weeks, but Senate Democrats discussed the package at their annual retreat, which could spur negotiations forward to pass a climate-focused reconciliation package before attention is directed towards the midterm campaign season.
