Kyle Spencer Joins Bracewell’s Policy Resolution Group

WASHINGTON, DC (May 1, 2023) – Bracewell LLP announced today that Kyle J. Spencer has joined the firm’s Policy Resolution Group (PRG) as a principal located in the Washington, DC office. Spencer most recently served as policy advisor at the American Petroleum Institute, one of the largest US trade associations for the energy industry with nearly 600 member corporations. He will provide federal legislative and regulatory advice to Bracewell’s clients on a broad range of energy, environmental and other policy matters.

Prior to his work at API, Kyle was staff attorney at the Chemical Safety Board, an independent US federal agency charged with investigating industrial chemical accidents. He earned his J.D. from The Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University and his B.A. from Indiana University.
