FY2022 Budget Reconciliation & Infrastructure

Negotiations on the Build Back Better reconciliation package have continued to stall with both the Senate and House of Representatives in recess this week and with the looming government funding deadline on February 18. It is likely that all attention will be turned to funding the government when Congress returns next week in order to come to a deal and prevent a government shutdown. It is still unclear whether another continuing resolution will be needed to get a government funding package across the finish line.
